Doy is our Guy in Charge. He has founded and still leads several media and Internet companies. Doy is intrigued by the power of data, and spends his spare time trying to figure out how to better harness media information. A design fanatic, he is the M2 Social's hardest customer because he believes it's the best way to bring out the best in our team and satisfy our clients.
Operations Head And Director Of Digital
Digital marketing is Rica's domain. She heads M2.0’s digital team and formulates strategies and ensures the consistency and quality of the content and narratives across all channels are specific to a client’s needs. A strong advocate of online marketing, she has a pulse on the latest trends and how best to utilize them for integrated campaigns. She possesses a piercing insight into the preferences of the consumer audience. She lives with her husband and twin daughters.
Karlo approaches each work with an eye to the facts and ensures that all M2.0 written content are worthy of the Pulitzer – if not the Nobel Prize for Literature – or at least readable, logical, and meaningful. He is a self-professed music-obsessive and he occasionally DJs. When Karlo has spare time, he fights the good fight in human rights, environment, consumption, and social justice issues.
A writer for the last 7 years, David Castillo currently serves as Strategic Planner, ensuring that all M2.0’s campaigns are on strategy. He has been responsible for the content in many successful campaigns for numerous clients in various sectors, including government, manufacturing, tech, and healthcare. Previously he was a contributor for the sports section of The Philippine Online Chronicles and a copywriter for Ace Saatchi & Saatchi.
Marco Rafael is in charge of ensuring that creative design ideas at M2.0 become a reality. As Creative Director, he and his team seamlessly work to create and design intuitive websites and social media campaigns with the aim of improving consumer experience. Marco has worked for clients from a wide range of industries including New World Hotel, SM Investments, APEC Inclusive Business, Avis, MSD, and Goltens. He approaches work methodically: identifying problems, thinking of solutions, and flawlessly executing the idea throughout every campaign.

Client Success Director
As the Client Success Director, Cecille’s role is to ensure a collaborative effort between the brand and the Client Success Team to effectively achieve communication goals. With 15 years of experience under her belt, Cecille is an established veteran of the PR and communications industry. She worked with the biggest local and multinational corporations — Unilever, Splash, Nestle, Primer, Dell, Symantec, Intel, Smartmatic, and Philips — helping elevate their brands through impactful storytelling.
Corporate Communications Manager
As the Corporate Communications Manager of M2.0, Shyla Reyes is responsible for the overall branding of the agency. She continues to cultivate relationships with her wide network of contacts in the business world and in print, broadcast, and digital media. She also has extensive experience in crisis management and has worked with clients from diverse sectors including The Office of the President, Bases Conversion Development Authority, and the Department of Trade and Industry. A loving mother to her daughter, Shyla has considerable focus and patience, which she uses to firmly guide her team to achieve their objectives, calmly overcoming challenges and obstacles as they arise.
As an account manager, writing and content are Nicole's strengths. She has worked at ABS-CBN as a writer for MYX Philippines, then at One Mega Group (Mega Magazine) as a writer for Digital Creative Services, where she worked on projects for Estée Lauder, H&M, Carefree, and Rockwell, among others. At M2, Nicole manages accounts such as New World Makati Hotel, IBEX Global Philippines, and The Department of Health to ensure that our clients' day-to-day needs are met, their brands are communicated meaningfully online, and their long-term goals are achieved. In her spare time she explores new food and restaurants, shops for clothes, and catches up on much-needed sleep.
After teaching English online, Ara Santos sought a new challenge, and found one in M2.0 Communications. Beginning as an Associate for Public Relations, she was quickly exposed to the full range of PR activities, from media relations to account management. She became an account executive, contributing to projects and handling clients like UNICEF, Del Monte, and MSD. Highly organized, she credits her success to her considerable attention to detail. In her downtime, she sings, reads crime and thriller novels, and watches Korean dramas.
A former paralegal, Dandin Orillaza is now a Community Manager, spearheading the creation of compelling content for social media. He handles a diverse set of clients in government, tech, and real estate, such as the Department of Health, Dell, Torayvino, Paseo Verde at Real, and Portal Mall. For each account, he gets into the core of the brand’s identity then integrates creativity into the final output. Outside of work, he likes to go to the gym and try out different restaurants with his wife.
Before M2.0, Chesca practiced her visual skills as a Production Designer for Sindikato Productions, where she produced videos with Slapshock, Joyce Pring, and 6CycleMind, and as a Junior Art Director for Montgomery Fitch and Associates, where she handled Medicard, Sun Life, and GNC. As a Graphic Artist in M2.0, she has created designs for CAVDEAL-Paseo Verde de Real, Torayvino, and Media Meter. She handles the stress of her profession by watching cat videos, illustrating, reading, and watching movies and TV.
As a commercial artist, Bino has amassed experience as a freelancer in Hotsauce Communications and a graphic artist for social media agency, Schmuzter. He believes in performing at 100% efficiency day in and day out, quickly providing the needed visuals for our clients including Avis Car Rental, Haier, New World Makati, and Lucent. He fills his life with activities like sports, traveling, food tripping, and enjoying art and movies.
Cy is firmly grounded in traditional visual techniques; her sense for print layout is top-notch, and she often commits things to paper first before jumping into digital. In her time in M2.0, she has designed for SkinCell, ELLEKids PH, NXCities, and the M2Comms website. Outside of work, she indulges her admiration of Korean culture by watching KDrama and learning the Hangul language as well as watching and reading popular movies, TV series, and fiction books.
From a production house where he worked on Globe Business, GrabTaxi, PR Gaz, Myles moved to M2.0 as a Videographer, bringing a humble attitude that hides formidable set of video production and editing skills. He has worked on videos for New World Makati, Skin Cell, Oogalala, and Torayvino. A Star Wars fan, he loves to make music and friends, and is also involved as the media head of his Church’s youth ministry.
Previously a TV news editor for TV5/KBN9, Jerry entered M2.0 as a Videographer, filming and editing digital videos for blogs and social media. He currently works with brands like Ogalala and Elle. Having worked on hundreds of news clips and commercials, he has cultivated considerable grace under pressure. During his downtime, he enjoys sketching, dancing, collecting and watching music videos.
