Challenge

Having built a large Facebook community through social media marketing, the Philippines' centrally-located executive hotel, New World Makati, wants to converts its many fans and followers into actual sales.

Execution

For the last year, M2Social helped cultivate an approachable, open persona for the deluxe hotel, relating with their customers and promptly answering their inquiries. For this next stage of the campaign, the hotel and agency determined its time to shift strategic focus because the number of followers have reached a tipping point. The page transitioned from base building to sales conversion. To facilitate the evolution of the strategy, couponing was pioneered, enticing people to take advantage of available limited-time deals.

 

Results

Sales went up! For 1 booking promo, PHP 600,000 worth of sales was generated.
